Oregon put on a dominant performance tonight against the Utah Utes, winning 64-45.  Oregon took a big lead early in the first half and never looked back.

The Ducks got a big boost from their bench tonight with Jonathan Loyd and Carlos Emory putting up 10 points a piece.  Loyd also contributed 2 rebounds, 2 assists, and 2 steals.  Damyean Dotson and E.J. Singler led all scorers with 14 points a piece with Dotson getting 8 of his points in the first 7 minutes.  The Ducks redeemed themselves after losing to Utah earlier this week.

Oregon also did a great job on defense, holding two of Utah’s five starters to zero points.  The Ducks finished the game shooting 40.7% from the field, while holding the Utes to just 29.4% from the field and from behind the arc.  With this win Oregon moves forward to the Championship game, and will face UCLA for the second time this season.

The Oregon Ducks will play the Bruins tomorrow night at 8 pm PDT.
