The Oregon Ducks once again beat the Washington Huskies 80-77.  It was an intense game that went into overtime, but the Ducks were the better team.

Oregon was led by a great performance by Tony Woods who put up 19 points and 8 rebounds.  Damyean Dotson followed up with 17 points, E.J. Singler with 16 points, and Arsalan Kazemi with 14 points and 9 boards.  Oregon was out-rebounded 35-28 but won the turnover battle and the assist battle. Also 4 of the 5 starters managed to put up double digits this game.

Operating as a true team who came together late in the game and took over in overtime, Oregon was able to put Washington away.  Oregon will have to take on the Utes next who beat them last weekend.  If they can continue to gel and play good late into games, the Ducks should be able to find retribution against Utah.

Next up, Oregon takes on the Utah Utes tonight at 8:30pm PT.
