Oregon baseball: Ducks win 1-0 thanks to crucial late mistake from Utah

An uncharacteristic mistake from Utah starting pitcher Mitch Waltrous and some bold baserunning from Nick Catalano in the bottom of the eighth inning gave the Oregon baseball team a 1-0 victory over the Utes Friday night at PK Park.

Waltrous threw a wild pitch with two outs and Catalono, standing on second, raced around third to score and give the Ducks the run they needed. The run also gave Tommy Thorpe the win.
