Oregon kicker Matt Evensen

Each week FishDuck.com’s Kurt Liedtke (better known as Keeerrrttt1) speaks with current/former student athletes, other FishDuck contributors, and outside experts in a one-on-one conversation–the FishDuck.com One-On-One.

This week Kurt is joined by Oregon Ducks kicker Matt Evensen, who was Oregon’s placekicker and kickoff specialist from 2005 through 2008 and now kicks for the Berlin Rebels of the German Football League. Matt and Kurt discussed some of Matt’s favorite games, techniques and the pressure involved with being a kicker, making tackles as a kicker, and other memories of his time as a Duck.

It is astounding; this site has not had a single comment deleted for over three months, of which contained thousands of comments!

No other site covering Oregon sports can make that claim, thus we are No. 1 for civility in our high-brow discussions. Mr. FishDuck is very grateful for the wonderful Oregon fans who have joined our community.

Yes we have 29 rules, but they can be summarized to 1) be polite and respectful, 2) keep it clean for the grandchildren reading, and 3) no reference of any kind to politicsEasy-peasy!
