Want to learn a little about Oregon Baseball but not like a coach? FishDuck.com is the place for you as every two weeks we will have a new Oregon Baseball Analysis provided by Victor Flores. This first one below will help you understand some of the ancillary benefits of good judgment by the Duck Batters, and from it I personally learned quite a bit. For his first “at-bat” (AB) Victor hit a home run.
The most remarkable part of his analysis? Victor is a Junior at UO, but is studying abroad this term in Vienna. I loaded a game into an online storage platform, and Victor downloaded it, used our special software to create the arrows and circles, and then posted his analysis onto our site from Austria! They say that the web is world-wide, and I tell new volunteers that they can help us from anywhere in the world….and this is proof. We have all been around the web for many years now, but I still get impressed with what you can do from anywhere on earth on the web. Amazing!
FishDuck.com is progressing for the “Next-Level” fan who wants to learn a little and enjoy the upcoming games that much more. We have an all-star rotation of football analysts, and Sean has done it again with a superb write-up about our defense. Coach Luke Roth recently finished a tremendous basketball season of analysis where we learned so much about the Dana Altman method of attacking on offense and defense. Now we add baseball, and the opportunities for the reader to learn and enjoy how our beloved Ducks are winning has expanded yet again.
Do enjoy it and give our analysts your feedback and thoughts. My thanks to all you readers,
Charles Fischer has been an intense fan of the Ducks for over thirty six years and has written reports on football boards for over 20 years. Known as “FishDuck” on those boards, he is acknowledged for providing intense detail in his scrimmage reports and in his Xs and Os play analyses.
He and his wife Lois, a daughter, Christine reside in Eugene, Oregon, where he has been a Financial Advisor for 35 years serving clients in eleven different states. He does not profess to be a coach or analyst, but simply a “hack” that enjoys sharing what he has learned and invites others to correct or add to this body of Oregon Football! See More…
For Greybeards … the EYES Have it!
Want to know a secret about web behavior? Readers don’t like long stretches of sentences in comment posts without any breaks, and most readers don’t even like long paragraphs.
Break it up! After every third sentence in your post…hit “enter” on your keyboard twice if your computer is a PC, or “return” twice if you have a Mac.
This creates natural breaks between scads of sentences, and so many of us thank you for making it easier on our “Greybeard-age” eyes!
